The Tristate Mustang Ford club Annual show is put on by a large number of club volunteers. The show committee holds monthly meetings beginning about six months ahead of the show. On the day of the show the number of volunteers needed increases dramatically. There are many tasks for the “crew” from the registration booth, door prize booth, show parking to set up and clean up.
If you ever wanted to learn how to judge cars this is the perfect time. We put rookies with a seasoned veteran in judging pairs. Each set of judges will be assigned one or two classes of about 6-10 cars. The head judge will have members available who have expertise in either early model cars or late model to consult during the judging process. It’s a little bit of work but a perfect time to spend some social time getting to know other club members.
So even if you only have a hour available to help please step forward and volunteer. This is open to all present including spouses, significant others and teen age children. The more volunteers we have the smoother it flows . Remember we are all ambassadors of our club and to treat all visitors and spectators with respect so we leave behind positive memories of our club and event. Please ask for the show chairman or head judge so you can let them know you are available to help.
